I had J&J Brother Landscaping come out to look at my property so we could discuss possible landscaping work. During the visit, we talked about several ideas and what could potentially be done. I was interested in moving forward with the company.

However, after they left, communication became a problem. I reached out multiple times by phone and message to follow up, but eventually they stopped responding altogether. I found this to be very unprofessional. If they were not interested in taking on the project or were unable to do the job, it would have been much more respectful to simply let me know.

Instead, I was left without any response after taking the time to meet and discuss the work. Just be aware that while they may come out, review your property, and discuss possible projects, communication afterward may be lacking. The person I spoke with was Jose
